What makes you feel GOOD?[private_Complimentary 7-day Tinnitus Liberation First Steps eCourse]
For me, it’s time at the park with my daughter. Time to exercise. Reading about and applying advances in dietary knowledge. Having a really good beer. Laughing with friends. Being in touch with friends around the world. Walking in nature. Lifting stuff (I actually like heavy lifting, not every day or all the time, but there’s something about lifting things that I like).
OK, your list just might not be as odd, so why not write it down or think about it for a while?
